Back in 1922, the Chicago Tribune had a competition to design the most beautiful office building in the world. There were prizes worth $100,000, with a first prize $50,000 award. There were 263 entries, some more serious than others. Lately, I’ve been reading a bit more about this competition and find it fascinating. Here were just five of the awesome entries.
